Verb Desktop for Mac
Verb Desktop sits in your menu bar and listens to any virtual meeting: Zoom, Slack, Teams, Google Meet and more. When the meeting ends, you get what was said, who said it and what to do next.

Install Verb Desktop
- 1Click Download on the Mac App Store above to open the App Store.
- 2Click Get and then Install to download Verb Desktop.
- 3Open Verb Desktop from your Applications folder or Launchpad.
- 4Sign in with your Verb account and grant microphone and screen recording access when prompted.
How it works
Step 1
Install and sign in
Download Verb Desktop from the Mac App Store and sign in with your Verb account.
Step 2
Join any meeting
Start listening from the menu bar in any meeting: Zoom, Slack, Teams, Google Meet, or any app with audio. With Zoom, Verb notices your meetings and can start on its own. Verb only listens when you tell it to.
Step 3
Read what was said
When the meeting ends, Verb writes the transcript, names who spoke and lists what to do next.

System audio, no bot
Verb hears meeting audio through the macOS Screen Recording permission. No virtual audio driver to install, no bot joins your call, and nothing interrupts the meeting.
Your screen is never recorded
Screen Recording permission is used only to capture system audio, alongside microphone access for your own voice. Audio is processed and uploaded securely.
